A little about me….
Author, bilingual creator, conscious entrepreneur, herbalist & land-keeper.
I left the Banking industry 12 years ago to create a career and life more aligned with my values. This is how my platform "WaterThruSkin" came to life, and became my full-time career.
I did not just become a content creator working with conscious and mission-driven brands, but also a force in environmental activism through public speaking in both English and Spanish and, most recently, writing a book with Harper Collins about my journey back to soul: Finding Softness (En Busca de La Suavidad). It was ranked among the top in Spirituality, Healing, and Hispanic Biographies, and presented at the Guadalajara International Book Fair.
This book shares my entire story and heart—guiding the reader through the most challenging and enriching moments of my life, addressing topics such as generational trauma, migration, love, mental and physical health, the struggle between light and shadow, and the challenges of content creation in the digital age. (I hope you give it a chance! It might end up being the hug you didn’t know you needed).
Recently, after living in Miami for 15 years, I realized that the fast city lifestyle was slowly consuming my spirit. To be more aligned with my connection with nature, I embarked on a journey towards discovering the meaning of decelerating. This lifestyle change has given me the opportunity to redefine sustainability by transitioning towards softness— submerging myself in herbal medicine, eco-responsible home design, plantbased recipes, organic gardening, yoga, and holistic therapies that helped me understand how choosing to go at our own rhythm is the real medicine for our world's problems.
In 2026 I co-created Cura Energy, the first platform providing energetic, emotional, spiritual and personal tools and therapies to awaken the growth within all of us.
I also launched, Ethea, offering mindfully designed jewelry to reprogram our minds, and energetic rituals.
My work has reached media coverage in:
Forbes, Vogue, WWD, People, Marie Claire, Elle, Telemundo, El País and many others.
