A Day of Ritual, Nature & Remembering:
I created this 1-day retreat to offer you the opportunity to step away from the noise of everyday life in Florida, and spend an entire day returning to nature, to your body, to community, and to yourself.
From sunrise to sunset, we will move slowly and intentionally through some of the rituals and practices that have become part of my own life and healing. We’ll begin our morning with ceremonial cacao and soft movement, before making our way to the ocean to create offerings for Mother Earth and spend time together by the sea.
After a nourishing plant-based lunch, we will dig our hands in soil and I will guide you through rituals that are closest to my heart: an herbalism workshop where you won’t just learn—we’ll do everything together. I’ll teach you how to plant and propagate medicinal herbs, and we’ll then make hydrosols and essential oils from scratch. You will create your own herbal face mist, botanical body oil, and herbal infusion to take home with you.
As the afternoon softens, we’ll refresh our bodies with a cold plunge and nourishing snacks, followed by sound healing. We’ll end our day together in ceremony, closing the circle.
This 1-day retreat will softly guide you home, to nature, to your heart.

Time: 7:30 AM – 8:00 PM
Location: Our gathering will take place approximately 1.5 hour drive from Miami and 30 minutes from Palm Beach. For those coming from Miami, you can also take the train to Palm Beach and continue approximately 30 minutes by car. Exact locations and all arrival details will be shared through our private WhatsApp group after registration.
