A Day of Ritual, Nature & Remembering to heal the heart.
I created this 1-day retreat to offer you the opportunity to step away from the noise of everyday life in Florida, and spend an entire day returning to nature, to your body, to community, and to yourself.
From sunrise to sunset, we will move slowly and intentionally through some of the rituals and practices that have become part of my own life and healing. We’ll begin our morning with ceremonial cacao and shellofferings for Mother Earth while we spend time together by the ocean.
From there we will go SUP (paddleboarding) through canals with beautiful scenery of mangroves. A nourishing plant-based lunch will follow. After, you will enjoy a herbalism workshop where I will guide you through rituals that have helped my heart connect with intention: we’ll be making nontoxic candles, consciousperfumes and a sahumerio (herbal incense blend to cleanse energy). You will take your creations home with you.
We will finish the afternoon with a workshop on ear seeding (ear acupressure), a regenerative sound healing, and our closing circle ceremony.
This 1-day retreat will softly guide you home, to nature, to your heart.

Time: 7:30 AM – 8:00 PM
Location: Our gathering will take place approximately 1.5 hour drive from Miami and 30 minutes from Palm Beach. For those coming from Miami, you can also take the train to Palm Beach and continue approximately 30 minutes by car. Exact locations and all arrival details will be shared through our private WhatsApp group after registration.
